What is a payday loan?
A: A Fast, convenient loan until your next payday. When you apply on-line or over the phone, you can be approved instantly, and your cash can be deposited electronically into your account the next business day. Payday loans are designed to be short term loans to meet an immediate cash need and are not intended as a solution for longer term financial problems. Credit counseling services are available to consumers and are a viable option for longer term financial problems.
How much can I borrow?
A: You may qualify for up to $1000.00.
What are the minimum requirements to get a payday loan?
A: You must be employed and make a minimum of $1200 after taxes per month or receive $1200 a month in benefit income, have an active checking or savings account, be over the age of 18 years old, and be a U.S. citizen. You also must have your paycheck automatically deposited into your bank account by your employer or benefit provider.
How will I know if my loan is approved?
A: If you apply online via our website, you will immediately receive an online notification indicting that your loan has been preapproved. A Customer Service Representative will finalize your loan process within minutes.
If I am approved for my loan, how long will it take for me to receive the money?
A: If your loan is completed prior to 7:00 p.m. eastern/standard time, you will generally receive your money the next business day.
If my loan is approved, how much time do I have to pay back the loan?
A: Your payment due date will be on your first pay date after the loan is originated, if it is at least 7 days away. If your next pay date is not at least 7 days away, your due date will be your following pay date. If you are unable to pay back your loan on your scheduled due date, you may request an extension until your next pay date. If you request an extension and we grant that request, you may obtain an extension by paying at least enough to cover interest earned up to that point (usually the finance charge previously disclosed). We also recommend that you pay as much extra as you can to reduce your principal balance. You can extend your loan up to a maximum of 12 weeks from the loan origination date. You can request an extension by logging onto your account at weoffercash.com or by calling Customer Support at 1-800-986-2215 at least 2 business days before your due date.
Can I pay the loan off early?
A: Yes, we recommend that all of our Customers attempt to pay any payday loan off as quickly as possible in order to minimize the finance fees and overall cost. At WeOfferCash, you will never be charged a prepayment penalty. Paying your loan off early may qualify you for a rebate on the Interest owed. Please contact us via phone (1-800-986-2215) or email at least 2 business days prior to your due date if you would like to pay your loan off early.
Can I make a partial payment on the principal owed?
A: Yes., you can make a partial payment in increments of at least $5 on the principal owed on the deferred deposit loan without incurring additional charges above the charges provided in the loan contract.

If I change my mind, can I rescind my loan?
A: Yes, You have the right to rescind any loan made by us and cancel your obligations by 5:00 PM Mountain Standard Time of the next business day following the loan transaction without having to pay any charges provided that you return to Us all of the loan proceeds received. To cancel this Loan Agreement, you must fax or email to us written notice of your intent to cancel prior to 5:00 PM Mountain Standard Time of the next business day following your loan transaction at support@weoffercash.com or fax 800-986-2217.
What if I cannot pay my loan on the due date; do I have other options for repayment?
A: Yes. If you cannot repay on the scheduled due date, you may extend your loan to your next pay date, not to exceed the maximum term of 12 weeks from the date of loan origination. Call us at least 2 business days before your due date at 1-800-986-2215 or log onto your account at www.weoffercash.com to request a loan extension.
How do I extend my loan?
A: You may extend your loan by contacting us at least two business day before your loan is due You can log into your account at www.weoffercash.com , or you may call us at 1-800-986-2215. When you extend your loan, you must pay at least enough to cover interest earned. It is in your best interest to pay an extra amount (in excess of interest due) to reduce the principal balance and the interest for the extension period.
How much is the fee for my loan?
A: The finance fee is $30 per hundred dollars borrowed.For example, on a $300 loan
for 14 days, the cost of credit is $90 at an Annual Percentage Rate of 782.14%.

What is an APR?
A: The A.P.R. is the annualized percentage rate of your payday loan and is used a tool for consumers to compare the cost of various credit options available to them. Note: our loans are at a higher-rate compared to some other sources of funds, but if kept only for short terms, they can actually be less costly than other alternatives. Please refer to our Loan Fee Schedule,
so you can make an informed final decision before continuing with the loan processing.

Once the loan is paid in full, can I take another loan?
A: Yes. You may process a new loan after waiting 3 business days from the payoff date of the last loan.
How do I cancel my loan or process a refund?
A: You have the right to cancel your obligations without having to pay any finance charge. You also have the right to prepay your obligations without having to pay any finance charge or by paying a reduced finance charge, depending upon the date of prepayment. To cancel this Loan Agreement, you must fax or email to us written notice of your intent to cancel prior to our initiating an automatic credit to Your Account. To prepay your obligations without having to pay any finance charge, you must email or fax to us, prior to 5:00 PM Mountain Time on the Disbursement Date, written authorization to effect a debit entry to Your Account for the principal amount of the loan. If we receive payment of the principal amount of the loan via such authorization, we agree to rebate and refund the finance charge we have earned. At any time after 5:00 PM Mountain Time on the day following of the Disbursement Date and before 5:00 PM Mountain Time on the business day prior to the Payment Date, you can prepay your obligations in full by sending us an email or fax giving us written authorization to effect a debit entry to Your Account for the prepayment. The payoff amount will be calculated as of the date you send us such written authorization.
Is my loan confidential and secure?
A: Your payday loan is protected under our Privacy Policy and is completely confidential. WeOfferCash’s website is hosted on a dedicated server from an industry leading hosting company, utilizing a Secure SSL Certificate-Encryption Strength.
Our Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) Certificate will protect transactions and other activity on our Web site with as much as 128-bit Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) encryption.
